I have been working with Rob, him leading our MSP program for Atos in multiple countries. Rob has been working for us as Client Director at our RPO client Atos, where he engages on strategic level in order to improve the cooperation between Sterksen and Atos. This has been a very complex role within a highly political international environment, where Rob has demonstrated excellent skills in building relations and guarding both the interest of Sterksen and Atos. The aim was, amongst others, to align recruitment demand to our supply capabilities with a medium to long term focus and to represent our long term interests within the client environment. Rob is super reliable and can always be counted on.

Rob did a great job implementing and running a new digital master vendor solution for Heineken. This has been a major step forward in our way of working, specifically for D&T and eliminated many unnecessary manual work/process steps. During and after the transition he has always been very keen to listen to the customer voice and implemented key improvements where needed.

Rob helped to deliver some fantastic results during his time with the program and these results were delivered during a particularly challenging period when Heineken was adapting to the Covid19 crisis. I had full trust in Rob’s ability to deliver the best outcome whether it would be presentations to the HR Directors, key meetings with Internal Stakeholders or managing our supplier base effectively.
